Missed the live class? No worries. You can use the recorded class at a time convenient for you.

These low impact classes are designed mostly for beginners so that everyone feels comfortable and confident.
Flexible Schedule
With live classes at 7:00am, 8:00am, and 10:00am EST, you can exercise at any or all of the classes that work best for you.
